Welcome to Mall Valley Plumbing

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mall Valley Plumbing website, available at emergencyplumbermorenovalley.com, as well as service requests, communications, estimates, appointments, and plumbing services provided by Mall Valley Plumbing.

By accessing our website, calling (951) 802-3777, submitting a request, scheduling service, accepting an estimate, or otherwise engaging Mall Valley Plumbing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or request services.

1. About Mall Valley Plumbing

Mall Valley Plumbing provides plumbing-related services for residential and commercial customers in Moreno Valley, California, and selected surrounding Inland Empire communities.

Business Information

Our standard business availability is 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Service availability, arrival times, technician availability, parts availability, and emergency response times may vary based on location, weather, traffic, workload, safety conditions, and other operational factors.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, including learning about our services, requesting an appointment, contacting our team, and accessing information about our service areas.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information through a form, email, phone call, or other communication channel.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's security, operation, availability, code, hosting environment, or connected systems.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit website content without prior written permission from Mall Valley Plumbing.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or scraping methods to access the website in a manner that disrupts normal operation or violates applicable law.
  • Impersonate Mall Valley Plumbing, its owner, employees, technicians, representatives, customers, or any other person or entity.
  • Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other technology intended to damage or disrupt systems.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

3. Service Requests and Appointments

Submitting a contact form, requesting a callback, sending an email, texting, or calling Mall Valley Plumbing does not guarantee that an appointment, emergency dispatch, price, arrival time, or service will be available.

A service appointment may be confirmed by phone, text message, email, or another communication method used by our team. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, access instructions, property details, and a clear description of the plumbing concern.

For the safety of our team and the efficient delivery of service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property, plumbing system, fixtures, utility connections, and affected areas.
  • Ensure that an adult with authority to approve work and payment is present when required.
  • Secure pets and notify us of any hazards, restricted areas, gate codes, security requirements, known leaks, mold concerns, electrical hazards, or unsafe conditions.
  • Obtain permission from the property owner, landlord, homeowners' association, management company, tenant, or other authorized party before requesting work where permission is required.
  • Notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Arrival windows are estimates, not guarantees. Emergency calls are generally prioritized based on severity, safety concerns, technician availability, and travel conditions. A prior appointment may be delayed or rescheduled when another emergency requires immediate attention.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Authorization

We may provide an initial estimate, inspection fee, diagnostic fee, service-call fee, flat-rate price, time-and-materials quote, or other pricing information before or during a visit. Pricing may depend on the scope of work, condition of the plumbing system, accessibility, required materials, equipment, permit requirements, code requirements, labor time, after-hours conditions, and unforeseen site conditions.

Unless specifically stated in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee that the work can be completed for the estimated amount. Additional work or charges may be necessary when a technician discovers concealed damage, code violations, corroded or deteriorated components, inaccessible lines, defective prior work, unknown underground conditions, additional leaks, drain obstructions, material shortages, or other conditions that were not reasonably identifiable before work began.

Mall Valley Plumbing will seek customer authorization before performing material additional work whenever reasonably practical. You are responsible for reviewing the scope of work, pricing, exclusions, and payment terms before authorizing services.

Promotional Offers, Coupons, Discounts, Rebates, and Special Pricing:

  • Are subject to availability and may change or end without notice.
  • May have expiration dates, service limitations, geographic limitations, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions.
  • Cannot necessarily be combined with other offers.
  • Do not apply to prior work, previously approved work, taxes, permit fees, specialty materials, third-party charges, or emergency service unless expressly stated.
  • Are subject to verification by Mall Valley Plumbing before redemption.

5. Emergency Services

Mall Valley Plumbing offers emergency plumbing services; however, emergency availability does not mean that a technician can always arrive immediately or that all services, materials, equipment, or repairs will be available at every hour.

Emergency calls may involve higher rates, dispatch fees, overtime charges, diagnostic charges, minimum labor charges, or other applicable fees. Our team will provide available pricing information before work begins whenever circumstances permit.

In an emergency, customers should take reasonable steps to protect people and property. This may include shutting off a fixture valve, the main water supply, or a gas supply only when it is safe to do so and when the customer knows how to operate the applicable shutoff. Do not enter flooded spaces where electrical hazards may be present.

Important Safety Notice

If you smell gas, suspect a gas leak, see sparks, believe a fire hazard exists, or face an immediate risk to life or property, leave the affected area when safe and contact the appropriate emergency utility provider or emergency services before requesting plumbing work.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining a safe environment and disclosing relevant property information. Before work begins, you should tell our technician about known plumbing issues, recent repairs, recurring backups, prior water damage, septic-system conditions, hidden pipes, property modifications, utility lines, hazardous materials, access limitations, and any other condition that could affect the service.

You are also responsible for:

  • Maintaining active utility service, including water, gas, electricity, and sewer access when required for diagnosis or repair.
  • Removing or protecting personal belongings, furniture, valuables, flooring, walls, landscaping, or other property near the work area when practical.
  • Providing access to shutoff valves, water heaters, cleanouts, crawl spaces, attics, utility rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, meter areas, and other applicable areas.
  • Obtaining required authorization from landlords, property managers, associations, lenders, or other parties with an ownership interest in the property.
  • Ensuring that children, pets, and unauthorized individuals remain away from active work areas.
  • Paying for approved work, diagnostic services, materials, permits, third-party services, and other applicable charges under the agreed payment terms.

7. Property Conditions and Unforeseen Issues

Plumbing systems may contain concealed, aging, damaged, non-code-compliant, improperly installed, corroded, inaccessible, or previously repaired components. Work on one component can reveal or affect other existing conditions, including weakened pipes, old fittings, damaged valves, deteriorated drain lines, hidden leaks, defective sewer lines, compromised slabs, wall or floor damage, and prior workmanship issues.

Mall Valley Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by conditions outside the scope of the authorized work. We are also not responsible for delays, additional repairs, or increased costs resulting from concealed conditions, inaccessible areas, utility failures, required inspections, permit requirements, manufacturer delays, weather events, supply-chain interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where access requires cutting, opening, removing, or moving finishes, including drywall, concrete, tile, cabinets, flooring, landscaping, or other building materials, the scope of plumbing work will govern unless restoration work is specifically included in a written agreement.

8. Permits, Codes, and Inspections

Certain plumbing work may require permits, inspections, engineering review, utility coordination, homeowner or association approval, or compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for providing requested property information and approvals necessary for permit or inspection processes. Permit fees, plan-review fees, inspection fees, utility fees, and related third-party charges may be billed separately unless included in a written estimate.

Code compliance may require additional work beyond the original repair request. If code upgrades, safety corrections, permit work, inspections, or additional materials are required, Mall Valley Plumbing will communicate the available options when reasonably practical.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due as stated in the approved estimate, invoice, work authorization, financing agreement, or other written payment arrangement. Deposits may be required for scheduled work, specialty materials, permits, large repairs, remodeling projects, repiping, water-heater replacements, or other work requiring advance costs.

If payment is not made when due, Mall Valley Plumbing may:

  • Pause, delay, or decline further work.
  • Withhold non-emergency scheduling or additional services until the account is brought current.
  • Charge lawful late fees, collection costs, returned-payment fees, or other applicable charges where permitted.
  • Pursue available remedies for unpaid balances, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and raising questions promptly. A payment dispute does not automatically eliminate the obligation to pay for authorized, completed, or partially completed work.

10. Warranties

Mall Valley Plumbing may provide workmanship warranties for certain completed services when stated in writing on an estimate, invoice, warranty document, or service agreement. The applicable written warranty terms control the duration, coverage, exclusions, remedy, and claim process.

Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, water heaters, pumps, disposals, filtration systems, valves, appliances, and other products are provided by the manufacturer, not Mall Valley Plumbing, unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers may be required to register a product, maintain required service records, or contact the manufacturer directly to preserve coverage.

Workmanship and product warranties may not cover issues caused by:

  • Pre-existing plumbing defects or concealed conditions.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, freezing, corrosion, hard water, drain misuse, foreign objects, roots, shifting soil, earthquakes, flooding, or other external events.
  • Work performed, modified, damaged, or repaired by another person after our service.
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or recommended maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Utility failures, pressure fluctuations, water-quality issues, sewer main problems, or other conditions beyond our control.

Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in a written warranty, Mall Valley Plumbing disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mall Valley Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of use, loss of data, diminished property value, or costs arising from conditions outside the authorized scope of work.

Our responsibility is limited to losses directly caused by our proven negligence or failure to perform authorized services in a workmanlike manner, subject to applicable law and any written warranty or service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
